#.1 WorldPride 2014 ready to 'paint the town rainbow'
SUMMARY
The WorldPride celebrations held for L.G.B.T (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) rights start on June 20. They marks the first time WorldPride held in North America because of their track record for L.G.B.T rights. As organizers have partnered with other arts and cultural groups, people are more excited to visit Toronto. As well, It brings great economic effect to Canada. The celebrations are expected to generating many jobs and bringing much money into the city. WorldPride is enjoyable and economical, but organizers emphasize that this celebrations grounded in human rights.
PERSUASIVE
I think the WorldPride is wonderful festival because it has good effect to many people. First. it can be the place that people understand the sexual-minorities easier through the festive atmosphere. Seocond, as mentioned the article, it can bring huge economic impact. it means other countries can be interested in WorldPride and it can be the chance that people think of this problem at least once more. Last, it can gives hope to hidden people who are afraid of other people's eyes. I want more people to know this WorldPride and to accept the diversity and I wish LGBT people can protect their rights.

SUMMARY
Canada reforms the law of immigration and citizenship to strengthen it. They want new Canadians to acquire the Canadian values, traditions and languages fully and they progress the test of them. Also the penalty is reinforced, they make it hard that the criminals get citizenship. By doing so, the government expect new citizens are participated in Canadian society better and the value of Canadian citizenship become higher than before. As a result, they wish new Canadians are integrated in their society successfully.
PERSUASIVE
I think Canada takes necessary action before it's too late. It is important problems that the government select new citizens. If the government allows citizenship to anyone thoughtlessly, the society of that country falls into chaos soon. For example, the crime can be increased and the election can be a mess as well as finding job is harder and harder. But the most important point is that people lost the independence and national consciousness like patriotism. It's not that different from the destruction of the country. For that reasons, the government need to create a strong law about the immigration and citizenship to protect their country.

SUMMARY
In Canada, new 'Anti-spam' law is passed to prevent companies sending electronic marketing communication excessively. Under the new law, sender has to present exact contents and send messages with recipient's agreement. this law applies to not just spammer , anyone who sends electronic messages on commercial purpose. Then all of recipients can not be annoying to cope piles of unwanted messages. If companies don't want to pay the penalty, they have to focus on how to communicate efficiently abiding by the law.

It is an absolutely necessary law to modern people. Everyday we receive a lot of e-mails, text messages and letters which are useless from someone we don't know. We can ignore these things once or twice, but we can be under stress when these repeated. For this reason, we actually delete messages unread and sometimes we delete important or necessary messages also. This law can protect that we can get useful messages and defend the right to receive what they want. Also they can't use recipients' personal data for sending messages without individual agreement, this law is good to protect customer's personal information.

#.4 Ex-Scouts Canada leader pleads guilty to sexually abusing 4 boys
SUMMARY
Scott Stanley who was a Scouts volunteer for five years pleads guilty to molest 4 boys. The boys who were between ages of 12 and 15 suffered from sexual interference, luring with sexually explicit texts and invitation to sexual touching. The molestation continued for a year and a half. During this period, He drove the boys to isolated location and took them to his parents' basement. One scouts leader said the organization didn't accept his warnings that Stanley did not obey the rules sooner so they couldn't prevent this sexual abuse.
PERSUASIVE
It makes me sad that these crimes occur frequently. The important point is that he was ex-scouts leader who have to take care of children. Sexual molestation itself is very awful but the fact that molested people are young boys makes him more awful. Child molestation is the worst crime that human commit come close to murder and we must punish these people by the strongest penalty. As these boys could have been protected if organizers had paid more attention to children, the effort of adult is necessary. We have to make system to protect our children against sexual molestation. I wish these tragic crime don't occur anymore
